Effective 17 October 2026 · Last updated 17 October 2026

The short version. We collect what we need to run the programme and the app: your account details, your survey answers, your daily check-ins and your payment confirmation. We use it to personalise your plan, to take payment, to support you, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data. You can ask to see it, correct it or delete it at any time by writing to hello@radiantpace.com.

Radiant Pace (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit radiantpace.com, use the Radiant Pace app, join the Body Manifest 14-Day Challenge, or otherwise deal with us. It is written to meet the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and, where it applies, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Radiant Pace, Singapore. Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at hello@radiantpace.com for any question about this policy or your personal data. We aim to reply within 10 business days, and no later than the period the PDPA allows.

We ask for health-related information only where it is needed to personalise your programme, and we treat it as sensitive. You can decline to answer any question; the plan may then be less specific. Please do not send us medical records or information about anyone other than yourself.

3. How we use your data

We collect and use your personal data with your consent, which we ask for at the point of collection. We ask separately before we use health-related information and before we send marketing. Where the PDPA allows us to rely on a statutory exception instead of consent — for example for security, fraud prevention, or records we must keep by law — we limit that use to what the exception covers. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us. If you withdraw consent for health-related data, we may no longer be able to personalise your programme, but you can still use the general content and keep any record you have already created.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are used. If you arrive from one of our advertising campaigns, our advertising platform may set a cookie or receive a conversion signal so we can tell whether the campaign worked; where the law requires it, we ask for your consent first. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the app may not work correctly if you block the essential ones.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run the service, and only what each one needs:

6. Where your data is stored

Our hosting and primary records are kept on servers we control or contract, which may be located outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we require a comparable standard of protection and use contractual safeguards. Some of our providers process data in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States or the Asia-Pacific region.

7. How long we keep it

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPA, and under the GDPR where it applies, you may ask us to:

Write to hello@radiantpace.com and tell us what you want. We may need to confirm your identity first. We aim to respond within 10 business days, and no later than the period the PDPA allows. We will explain if we cannot do what you asked. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore (pdpc.gov.sg) or, in the EU/UK, your local supervisory authority.

9. Security

We protect your data with access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and storage limited to what each provider needs. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

10. Children

The programme is intended for adults. If you are under 18, please use it only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.

11. Health information and medical disclaimer

Radiant Pace provides general nutrition and lifestyle education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. The health information you share is used to personalise your programme, not to diagnose or treat any condition. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition, speak to your doctor before changing your diet.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top shows the current version. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
